Corey has been a part of Paramount and the fitness industry since he was 10 years old. He has gained the skills and knowledge to guide people into becoming the strongest version of themselves. No matter your goal Corey will provide a supportive and effective path to help you achieve change.
Corey specialises in strength and muscle building providing one on one and small group training. Corey also provides kids and teen fitness sessions twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays. Motivation is a great starting point but it’s discipline that will get you to the end of the journey.

Hard work and commitment to your program is the style of training Kira will hold you to. Creating individual programs designed to suit your goals whether it be high intensity training or increasing strength and muscle her goal is always to have fun while getting results.
Kira has created a women's strength training program, LIFT, which caters to women interested in learning how to lift weights, be more confident in the gym and shake up their training style to include more lean muscle building rather than typical cardio sessions. It runs multiple times a year and is a very popular program within Paramount.

Esther prescribes exercise in the form of cardiovascular training, strength and conditioning, muscle and spinal stabilisation, posture correction and flexibility and functional conditioning exercises. She will show you that exercise can be prescribed as a therapeutic intervention and has been scientifically proven to have a positive impact on pathology.
Esther is passionate about triathlons (Sprint, Olympic and Half-ironman) and has completed numerous competitions in Malaysia, Singapore and Australia.
Her passion is to provide valuable educational tools through her vast range of experience to assist in achieving optimal health for all.
