Rush Hour

It's your time, don't waste it!


Rush hour is a Cardio interval training session that incorporates various fitness and training principles. After completing a class of Rush Hour you may initially feel muscle tiredness and some soreness the next day or so, this is due to the variation of the drills performed. We encourage you to stretch the day after to help promote recovery. This class has plenty of high and low options and is not complicated to follow. During this class you will also receive coaching of your technique and lots of motivation. Oh… and did we mention fun?

Warm-up, elevate the heart rate into your fat burning zone. Simple moves.

To either maintain or elevate the heart rate to improve Cardio fitness and to continue the fat burning effect.

A short sharp body shock of bodyweight exercises including abdominals, triceps, chest, legs and shoulders.

Drills designed to improve running muscles, speed and strength in legs and to provide an interval cardio effect.

cardio track with and emphasis on direction and agility.

4-5 mins

6

To provide the highest cardio peak for the class. Variation and surprise to challenge you till the end of the Cardio fat burning section.
