Now in its seventh year, the Paramount Boot Camp is a proven program, with dedicated fitness professionals waiting to provide you with the motivation to succeed. Join Paramount Boot Camp today. Results you can expect from Paramount Boot Camp are: fat loss, muscle endurance, cardio fitness, muscle tone and shape, mental fitness, body awareness, strength, motivation, nutritional knowledge, positive attitude and great social interaction. All participants work alongside recruits of similar fitness levels. Bookings are essential as places in Boot Camp fill up fast.

GROUP FITNESS TRAINING CHALLENGE (GTFC)

 

We now offer you a new dimension to your training, you can participate in our popular outdoor training program either as a member or a non member, all full members have acess to 1 session per week as part of their membership. The training sessions are guided by trained instructors and offer heaps of variety in the great environment of the outdoors. The training code on the itinerary indicates the main benefit for the session for each workout and you can go at your own pace. It is great for people wanting to kick-start their fitness or to add some variety without having to commit to a full course. The training sessions include a variety of Cardio, strength, toning, shaping, fat burning and core strength drills.

The sessions can be paid for on a casual basis or you can purchase a bulk session ticket for an even better deal, casual rates for members $10.00 or non members $15.00, you can just rock up on the day to the session without booking just as you would if it were a class at Paramount, if you would like regular updates on training tips and information you can email brent@paramounthfc.com.au or call 93262688 for more information.

Strength and Sculpt

This session is designed to train every major muscle group, we focus on toning, shaping and also strength training. This 50-minute workout is also offerd in a challenge format that is for those wanting more strength gains. It is done to motivating background music and you will be coached by a personal trainer for greaqt technique! Results....Fast!!

 

Spinning

An indoor cycling program that utilises jumps, sprints, and resistance work within a 25-30 minute class at the start of our H.E.A.T. sessions. An instructor leads your mind and body on a journey incorporating heart rate training principles for the best cardiovascular work. Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.

 

Boxing Fit-Ultimate Fight Night

This class involves a variety of punches & combinations using focus pads, punching bags, speedball and shadow boxing techniques. During this awesome workout you will learn correct technique and will also do a series of Abdominal & Boxing circuit training exercises such as body toning exercises. This class will get you fit and is a huge fat burner. Ultimate Fight night also utilises techniques from variuos disciplines such as Kick boxing.


Body Fit

Our unique style of training designed by our personal trainers, this training session covers a broad range of benefits from cardio vascular training, shaping and toning, fat burning, abdominal and core strength and overall fitness. Each workout is slightly different and equipment such as Dumbbells, barbells, treadmills, rowers, bikes, and benches areused for variety.

 

T.B.C (Total Body Conditioning) 50-60 minutes in duration

The best training techniques combined with the awesome knowledge of our Personal trainers, this training session covers all aspects of training such as toning, shaping, cardio, fat burning, strength, abs and flexibility.

 

Group Train - 45 minutes

awesome training session that provides a theme to each workout, themes range from Body part training, or repetition challenges such as our famous 1000 reps challenge, 500 abs etc, participants are guided and motivated through the session as they complete a preset workout that is displayed on whiteboard

 

H.E.A.T -High Energy Aerobic Training– 50 & 70 minute formats

Includes a straight 20-30 minutes of Spinning to begin the session followed by an awesome array of cardio, endurance, resistance power circuits. Get fit fast and get results quickly.
