BODY FIT- 45-90min:
Cross Training: Experience our signature training session that is NEVER the same! Each session has its own theme or focus and covers a broad range of benefits from cardio training, shaping and toning, fat burning, core strength and overall fitness. We have built a reputation for our training sessions that other fitness clubs talk about; our secret is for you to experience.


CARDIO CORE-50min:
A combo of awesome & challenging Cardio and Core exercises to burn fat, get fit and strengthen / tone abdominals.


S.A.S-STRENGTH & SCULPT 50min:
An action packed weight training session utilizing various weight training principles such as super sets, drop sets, pyramid training etc, it is the perfect workout for strength and sculpting your body


C.A.S-CARDIO ABS STRENGTH 50min:
Focusing on Cardio, Abs & Strength, this session is designed for an overall workout that gets results!


BOXING FIT 50min:
One of our most popular training sessions, you will get a workout to remember and you’ll be back for more, use boxing drills and techniques to challenge your endurance, strength and cardio fitness. Includes skills and drills from many disciplines, Boxing gloves recommended


PARA FIT H.I.I.T 45min:
Interval training utilizing various principles such as TABATA, EMOMS, Intervals. You choose your training category.
