Greetings and welcome to the Paramount Health & Fitness Club website.

Eight years ago we ventured into the business known as Paramount Health & Fitness Club. As a group of friends who share a passion for exercise, our aim was always to offer a facility where each person can enjoy the benefits of a healthy lifestyle within a friendly, non-threatening environment, whilst assured of the utmost quality in all program offerings. The seven stars featured in our company logo each represent a letter from the statement "A Better Life for All of Us". This statement defines our business objective, we aim to increase the quality of life for all our members and potential members.

We believe that we have made important steps towards achieving this goal and will continue to strive forward with this aim in mind to deliver a health & fitness club of superior quality that is always welcoming to its members.

The premises of 142 Union Road has had a long history of offering valuable service to the City of Moonee Valley. Originally operating as a Cinema/Theatre, the building is deceptively larger than would appear from the street frontage. Upon the closure of the Theatre, the fitness revolution on Union Rd began with the opening of "The Exercise Theatre". This business quickly developed a reputation for the high quality of the Group Fitness Classes and delivered to eager exercise participants for almost twenty years.

Paramount Health & Fitness first came to operate at 142 Union Rd in 1998 with a strong emphasis on Pilates style fitness training.

As current management of Paramount Health & Fitness we have enjoyed the challenges faced over the past seven years and are proud owners of Paramount Health & Fitness Club. We believe we offer exercise programs of the highest quality along with a superior level of customer service. The unique facets of our club represented through the success of Boot Camp combined with the positive feedback from many loyal club members has helped Paramount develop the strong reputation it holds today.

We look forward to meeting further challenges in the ever-changing Fitness Industry in the years ahead, and would love to take you with us upon the journey of a better lifestyle.
