Greetings and welcome to the Paramount Health & Fitness Club website.

12 years ago we ventured into the business known as Paramount Health & Fitness Club. As a group of friends who share a passion for exercise, our aim was always to offer a facility where each person can enjoy the benefits of a healthy lifestyle within a friendly, non-threatening environment, whilst assured of the utmost quality in all program offerings. The seven stars featured in our company logo each represent a letter from the statement "A Better Life for All of Us". This statement defines our business objective, we aim to increase the quality of life for all our members and potential members.

We believe that we have made important steps towards achieving this goal and will continue to strive forward with this aim in mind to deliver a health & fitness club of superior quality that is always welcoming to its members.

We specialise in Cross training and the latest innovations in the Fitness training industry. Along with our hugely successful Boot Camp program we have established many other indoor and outdoor training programs with similar success. The 28 day Body transformation challenge, Zero Tolerance 7 day fitness and nutritional DETOX challenge , GTFC group training fitness challenge and the Parathon to name a few.

We utilise Kettlebells, rowers, TRX suspension bands, Battling ropes, Spin bikes, Boxing equipment, Indian weighted Clubs, Dumbbells, barbells, treadmills, arm bikes, gymnastic rings, weighted vests, War machines, medicine balls, body weight and much more in our sessions for maximum results and variety. All sessions cater for all levels of fitness and we have members from 65years old to 16 years old. You don't need any specific skills to paritcipate nor do you need to be fit.

We look forward to meeting further challenges in the ever-changing Fitness Industry in the years ahead, and would love to take you with us upon the journey of a better lifestyle.
